The Talent School was founded by a coalition of tech entrepreneurs who questioned why there has been little—if any—disruption in the K-12 education space during their lifetimes. We often get the question "Who is your school for?" Well, it's for our children and others like them:

At The Talent School, we are both virtual and flexible while simultaneously offering vital in-person support and extracurricular activities during the school day, which allows for quality family time in the evenings. We also leverage the best of the traditional and online school experience, while preparing your children to thrive in this fast-changing world.​

Our Structure
The Talent School offers a unique approach to education that differs from a traditional school. Instead of grades, students are awarded badges to signify their achievements. Parents have access to detailed dynamic data on their child's development, ensuring they are always up-to-date with their progress. The school also provides continued mentorship year-to-year, allowing students to build relationships with their teachers over time.
In preparation for a world where the job market is constantly changing, the Talent School focuses on providing students with skills that will be useful regardless of their future careers. Finally, students have access to special online courses and a broader community beyond their region. This allows them to connect with others and broaden their horizons beyond their local community.
