At The Talent School, tuition isn’t just a cost — it’s an investment in a learning experience designed around who your child is, how they learn, and what they love. Our programs include flexible remote learning, hybrid on-campus options, and personalized high school pathways that combine accredited curriculum with meaningful project-based education.
Below you’ll find the full 2025–2026 tuition schedule, program descriptions, and financial support options available to families.
K-8 Full-Time Remote Learning Pathway
Annual Tuition: $7,500
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Materials Fee: $500 (annual, non-refundable)
A fully online, highly personalized pathway including:
• Accredited core curriculum
• Project-based instruction
• Weekly mentoring + progress support
• Optional on-campus study days each Thursday
Perfect for families who want structure, flexibility, and ongoing teacher support.
K-8 Full-Time Hybrid Learning Pathway
Annual Tuition: $8,500
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Materials Fee: $500 (annual, non-refundable)
A blend of online instruction + on-campus learning two days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Includes:
• Small-group learning
• Hands-on workshops
• Project labs and collaborative learning
• Access to Thursday support sessions (on-campus or virtual)
Ideal for learners who thrive with a combination of independence and in-person guidance.
High School Personalized Pathways (Grades 9–12)
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Materials Fee: $500 (annual, non-refundable)
High school students may choose one of three full-time Talent School pathways:
Live Virtual Project-Based Learning
Annual Tuition: $16,000 + fees
A college-preparatory, live-instruction experience featuring group collaboration, mentorship, and authentic project cycles.
*This is the option used for students in one of our live, project-based virtual partner programs (for example, Prisma), while remaining fully enrolled with The Talent School.
Hybrid Personalized Learning
Annual Tuition: $8,500 + fees
Weekly in-person learning (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) guided by faculty mentors, paired with remote project work and coaching.
Remote Flexible Learning
Annual Tuition: $7,500 + fees
Accredited coursework paired with weekly mentoring, project integration, and access to Thursday support sessions (virtual or on campus).
K-12 Part-Time / Co-Enrolled Remote Learning
Annual Tuition: $6,500
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Materials Fee: $500 (annual, non-refundable)
Designed for families maintaining an active homeschool. Students split their instructional time between their homeschool and The Talent School, while still receiving:
• Accredited curriculum
• Individualized project guidance
• Teacher coaching
• Optional Thursday academic support
• Access to workshops, community experiences, and school event
Optional Add-Ons & Enhancements
🤝 Talent Partner Experience — $1,500
A privately funded pathway that connects students with approved local studios, gyms, mentors, or small businesses for real-world independent studies.
Includes:
• Custom curriculum tied to NC standards
• Oversight + progress tracking
• Semester-based evaluation
• Payments routed directly to the partner
This option pairs beautifully with The Talent School’s Talent Spark Fellowship (see below).
⚠️ Important: Opportunity Scholarship funds cannot be applied to this track. Talent Partner Experiences are privately funded and eligible for our internal Talent Spark Fellowship (see below).
🎓 College Credit Courses — $350 per course
(High school only)
Students may take select university-level remote courses through our partnership with Arizona State University
🧠 ADHD Support Coaching
• $90 per session
• 10-session pack: $810 (10% savings)
🎯 Master Mentor Academic Coaching — $150 per session
Targeted support with Master’s or Ph.D. level educators.
📘 Academic Support Sessions
• $75 per session
• 10-session pack: $675 (10% savings)
Financial Support, Discounts & Scholarships
🎓 The Talent Spark Fellowship
A privately funded scholarship designed to support students in the Talent Partner Program who demonstrate strong passion, creativity, or long-term commitment in their area of study.
May be used for:
• Partner program fees
• Travel associated with training or fieldwork
• Specialized supplies or equipment
• Project materials
• Additional experiences related to the student’s independent study
Applications open soon.
👨👩👧👦 Sibling Discount
• 10% off tuition for each additional child
• Applied after scholarships/grants
• Applied to final billing cycle for families on installment plans
🫶 New Family Referral Credit
• $500 credit applied after a successful enrollment and in accordance with our referral program guidelines
• Applied after all awards are processed
✈️ Additional Costs
• Field trips: Vary in expense, but are typically free–$40 (local) / additional cost for overnight or out-of-state trips
• Specialized workshops/labs: $50–$250
• Optional transportation: $1,500 annually
💳 Payment Options
• Annual (July 15) — 5% discount
• Semi-Annual: July 15 & January 15
• Monthly Installments: July–April (10 payments)
📌 Important Notes About Funding
• Opportunity Scholarship can be applied to tuition and fees only.
• Add-ons (Talent Partner Program, college credit, coaching, etc.) are privately funded.
• The Talent Partner Program is not eligible for Opportunity Scholarship, but is eligible for the private Talent Spark Fellowship.
• Part-time students must maintain documentation verifying homeschool status.
